Facilities at Carleton in Craven Village Hall


We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.

Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

We have 90 folding chairs, included with all hires.
The kitchen is available for hire
Our ceiling-mounted projector can be used by prior arrangement
6ft and 3ft folding tables are included with every hire. They are stored in the committee room.
Free WiFi is available to all users. The network password is displayed on the noticeboard
Our PA system and fixed speakers can be used to play music and other audio files from a laptop or phone.
A double bottle-cooler is installed in the kitchen and can be hired as party of your event booking. The charge will be waived for community events.
An additional fee is charged when you use a bouncy castle in the hall. These must be hired by you from a reputable firm and be suitably insured and supervised.
Licensed bars require prior approval from the trustees and successful submission of a Temporary Event Notice to North Yorkshire Council by the hiree (cost £21, July '23).
