Facilities at Carleton-in-Craven Village Hall
Carleton-in-Craven Village Hall offers a flexible range of facilities for community activities, events and private hire. The venue includes a spacious Main Hall (up to 100 people) and a Committee Room for smaller meetings, coaching or tuition. All bookings include use of the domestic kitchen, tables and chairs, free Wi-Fi, and 90 folding chairs available for events. The hall also features level, ramped access, free on-site parking, and a PA system with fixed speakers plus a projector available by arrangement. Additional equipment and facilities can be provided on request to suit your event needs.
Online booking is preferred. Simply submit a booking request for your chosen date and facilities, and we’ll confirm availability and price by email.

Main Hall
Spacious and well-lit, our hall is ideal for children’s parties, exercise classes, talks and community events.

Equipment & services
Our PA system and fixed speakers can be used to play music and other audio files from a laptop or phone via Bluetooth
Our double-width under-counter beer fridge/bottle cooler is housed in the kitchen and can be hired for use at parties and events.
A surcharge applies if you use a bouncy castle in the hall. These must be hired by you from a reputable company and must be appropriately insured and safely supervised at all times.
Our ceiling-mounted projector can be used by prior arrangement
You’re welcome to borrow our net, bats and balls to use with the table tennis table. A small refundable cash deposit is required and will be returned in full when the equipment is safely returned.
Anyone for (table) tennis? Make use of our good quality table for a bit of indoor exercise. Provide your own net, bat and balls, or borrow ours (deposit required).
